25 mm Clarity™ PTFE Syringe Filters provide the maximum chemical resistance of a hydrophobic polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) membrane in a high-capacity 25 mm format. Designed for demanding analytical workflows involving the most aggressive solvents and corrosive chemicals where other membrane materials would fail.

  • Membrane: PTFE — hydrophobic, chemically inert, maximum solvent resistance
  • Housing: Medical-grade polypropylene (PP), yellow color-coded
  • Pore sizes: 0.22 µm and 0.45 µm
  • Inlet / Outlet: Female Luer-lock inlet, male Luer slip outlet
  • Operating pressure: Up to 5 bar (72 psi)
  • Manufacturing: ISO 13485 certified, Class 100,000 cleanroom production

Recommended applications: High-volume aggressive organic solvent filtration, large-batch HPLC mobile phase preparation (non-aqueous), corrosive chemical clarification, industrial analytical QC.

Important: Hydrophobic membrane — requires pre-wetting with methanol or isopropanol before aqueous use. For direct aqueous filtration, use Clarity™ Hydrophilic PTFE Syringe Filters.
