It all began when Kevin Holt, our co-founder, moved to Colorado to run a new location on the laboratory supply side of the business. While managing the new operation, Kevin quickly saw the challenges and opportunities in the industry. He realized that too many companies were focused on squeezing out a few extra percentages for stockholders rather than putting people—customers like you— first. This realization drove him to pursue an MBA at Colorado State University, determined to create a company that would prioritize what truly matters: you.

Kevin Holt, Co-Founder & CEO

The driving force behind Lab Falcon, bringing over 29 years of experience in sales, business development, & strategic planning. With a deep commitment to putting customers first, Kevin co-founded Lab Falcon to create a company that prioritizes quality & genuine relationships over profits. His journey took him from managing a new lab supply location in Colorado to earning his MBA from Colorado State University, where he developed a passion for doing business differently. Outside the office, Kevin enjoys golf, exploring the mountains, & expressing his creativity through art.

Lauren Mikruk, Director of Sales & Customer Success

Lauren Ann brings over 16 years of expertise in sales and customer success, making her a powerhouse at Lab Falcon. Her proven ability to drive growth, build lasting client relationships, and lead high-performing teams has earned her a stellar reputation across industries. With a natural flair for developing innovative strategies and maximizing customer satisfaction, Lauren is an integral part of Lab Falcon's mission to provide top-tier service and support. Christopher Holt, Co-Founder

Christopher Holt is a serial entrepreneur based St. Louis, Missouri, celebrated for founding TechArtista, a vibrant and diverse ecosystem of coworking spaces designed for creatives, business professionals, and non-profit organizations across St. Louis.

Dan Peskorse, CCO

Dan is a business development and e-commerce leader with over 20 years of experience creating, acquiring, and selling multiple e-commerce businesses. He has successfully grown and led both new and established companies, including Anheuser-Busch, Gannett, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and various startups. His work has been featured in publications like Entrepreneur, BizJournals.com, and Feast Magazine. When not working, Dan enjoys scuba diving, remodeling historic homes, and spending time with his family.
