13 mm Clarity™ PES Syringe Filters are designed for aqueous sample filtration applications requiring low protein binding and high flow rates. The polyethersulfone (PES) membrane is inherently hydrophilic — no pre-wetting required — and delivers consistent throughput even at low pressures.

  • Membrane: Polyethersulfone (PES) — low protein binding
  • Housing: Medical-grade polypropylene (PP), green color-coded
  • Pore sizes: 0.22 µm (sterile filtration) and 0.45 µm (clarification)
  • Inlet / Outlet: Female Luer-lock inlet, male Luer slip outlet
  • Operating pressure: Up to 5 bar (72 psi)
  • Certifications: DNase-free, RNase-free, pyrogen-free, non-cytotoxic
  • Manufacturing: ISO 13485 certified, Class 100,000 cleanroom production

Recommended applications: Sterile filtration of cell culture media and buffers, HPLC and UHPLC sample preparation, protein solution clarification, aqueous reagent filtration.

Note: Each sterile unit is individually gamma-irradiated and wrapped. Non-sterile filters are supplied in bulk bags — suitable for routine analytical filtration where sterility is not required.
